"First of all, hats off to this State Farm, and to all the staff and officers! I love my insurance policy with them, they’re super flexible with you regarding any situation or circumstance, super nice, kind, helpful and professional! Special shoutout to Jocelyn, she’s immensely hard working and dedicated to the job and making sure I’m always aware of everything and new changes. She checks on me every now and then and is polite and professional. They’ve helped me a lot, and have been my insurance company since my first ever car! I’d definitely recommend them. They explained everything really well when it was my first time getting a car and insurance, so that made me super comfortable and helped me a lot! I appreciate their efforts! "I have been with State Farm for a very long time and have never had any issues. When the previous agent Larry Brigham retired and Gerrie Gresham picked up the clients that was a very smooth transition. After taking over the Batesburg office, I sat down with Gerrie and he is a very kind man. I have never had an issue with making payments over the phone and have promptly received an email to the matter. Gerrie and his team are great to work with."
